Featuring Glatt kosher dry-aged meats (min. 28 days), our food is prepared in the strictest manner of kashrus with a full-time Mashgiach on-hand. Complete with sushi-grade fresh fish and hand-picked produce, we serve only the finest quality food made with the freshest ingredients.
Chops Resto-Bar is certified by the KSR Hashgacha (Kosher Rabbinical Supervision), a reputable Orthodox Rabbinic Authority supervised by Montreal Chief Rabbi Sabbah
